This project is not...

"El Fabi's Choice" is no award index, although it might seem so at the first glance. It is, however, no award checking project like some well known indices, where award masters have to meet certain criteria, to fulfill specific conditions or "to do right" regarding to the certain trends in the award discourse in order to be finally "listed" within here. There are, indeed, no admissions, there are no members, and it isn't possible at all to apply for a listing of an award within this website. The only purpose "El Fabi's Choice" has, is to acknowlegde award programs and related projects which in my personal and subjective opinion represent something extraordinary in the World Wide Web - it's just in a slightly different way as if I had applied for one of these selected treasures.

This project is...

"El Fabi's Choice" is the instrument for my personal honours to all awards programs and other projects of a certain award master which in my eyes take up an extraordinary rank in the World Wide Web. As award masters honour selected websites with their awards, it is my goal to give such a kind of acknowledgement extraordinary web awards and award masters as well. I try to present and portray the web award, other projects of the award master, and I furthermore give the award master an opportunity to express some of his thoughts regarding to his hobby of choice in particular and referring to the principles of web awarding in general. Hence, I will contact awardmasters from time to time, whose work and awards came to my special intention, and I will ask for the permission to portray their award programs, their other projects and, if possible, themselves. It is, of course, only in case of the individual agreement of the award masters to such a request that their awards will be presented in "El Fabi's Choice".
